Our circular economy-based production model integrates key processes: casting, extrusion, profile coating, and accessory injection, ensuring total control from raw materials to optimized efficiency and delivery times.
In addition, we incorporate CNC technology into our processes to develop our own systems and models with 100% solid aluminum parts, which are superior to traditional injection-molded parts in terms of durability and finish.

With an industrial presence in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, Nevaluz has more than 400 professionals spread across its five headquarters and a network of plants covering more than 60,000 m².
Our infrastructure includes aluminum melting furnaces, five high-performance extrusion presses, and horizontal and vertical advanced surface finishing and lacquering plants, with high scalability and agile response for projects of any scale.
Since 2007, our facilities have been equipped with aluminum alloy smelting furnaces that manufacture extrusion billets measuring 144, 153, 178, and 203 mm, in EN AW-6060, 6063, 6005, and 6082.
Our production includes aluminum alloy grades with 100% recycled billets, 60/70% recycled billets, and high-quality 99.8% ingot billets.
We operate under strict quality standards, promoting recycling and the melting of pure aluminum for a circular economy without compromising performance. We invest in energy-saving and material recovery technologies, reducing the need for new aluminum. Together with our customers, we are driving a sustainable future.
We have aluminum extrusion plants in Spain and Portugal, with a total of five extrusion lines distributed between both locations. This industrial network gives us a large production capacity and the flexibility needed to adapt to projects of any scale.
We have 1100, 1400, 2000, 2500, and 3000-ton presses, which allow us to manufacture custom profiles with maximum precision and consistency. With a wide range of profiles ranging from 50 g to 10 kg.
Currently, our five high-performance extrusion presses give us a production capacity of over 35,000 tons per year.
Our CNC plant completes the process after extrusion: preheated aluminum is shaped as it passes through a die and is converted into compact pieces ready for machining. Using CNC technology, we perform high-precision automated operations for any geometry, creating our own systems and models with 100% solid aluminum, which is more durable and has a better finish than injection molding.
An advanced surface finishing process structured across four lacquering plants (two vertical and two horizontal), one anodizing plant, and two wood-effect sublimation plants.
We guarantee maximum finish quality, high durability, and resistance, with the capacity to apply treatments to profiles up to 8 meters in length.
Customized solutions
We design and manufacture fully customized aluminum profiles, adapting to any project, sector, or technical requirement. We manage the entire process from scratch: engineering and design, extrusion, and surface finishing, guaranteeing precision, quality, and optimized lead times. A comprehensive capacity to create any profile, in any format, with maximum flexibility and efficiency.
Sustainability
NEVALUZ is committed to responsible management, minimizing the environmental impact of its industrial processes.
It strictly complies with environmental legislation, applies clean and efficient production practices, promotes proper waste management, and invests in innovative and sustainable technologies.
NEVALUZ is conducting a study of its carbon footprint with the aim of recording it and drawing up a five-year emissions reduction plan, as well as a sustainability plan adapted to the requirements of current regulations.
Currently, with the installation of 4,013 photovoltaic panels at our own facilities, we generate 3.75 GWh of clean energy annually. This reduces CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere by 2,422 tons each year.
